- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪After seeing my doctor for 15 years, I learned he was retiring and I had to find a new doctor. The first doctor that I scheduled an appointment with was Dr. Hess, and I am lucky that I found him on the first try. He has never seemed to be in a hurry and apologizes if he is late.
