Everyone that I have worked with has been very attentive to my needs - which are somewhat unusual and require a bit of extra work on an agent's part. On several occasions I have needed a rapid response on an issue and the agents that I have worked with at N&P (Blair Jones and Melissa Odom) have been very responsive and helpful in all of those situations.
